You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Backtests, historical performance data, and screenshots shown in a product listing reflect past market conditions and the assumptions made by the Trader. They are not a reliable indicator of how a product will perform under live market conditions, and actual results may differ materially, including due to slippage, spread, latency, and changing market conditions not present in the historical data.

Nothing on the Marketplace, including product listings, descriptions, or communications with a Trader, constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Venor Markets is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer.
4. Products are not independently vetted
Venor Markets reviews listings for basic compliance with Marketplace policies but does not independently verify the accuracy of a Trader's performance claims, audit a product's source code or logic, or assess whether a given product is suitable for your trading objectives, experience level, or risk tolerance.
5. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for evaluating any product before purchase and for any trading decisions you make using it, including configuring risk parameters, testing on a demo account before live use, and monitoring its performance. You should consult an independent financial adviser before making trading decisions.

Venor Markets makes no guarantee, express or implied, regarding the profitability, reliability, or continued availability of any product listed on the Marketplace.
