1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using the Venor Markets Algo Marketplace (the "Marketplace"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Marketplace.
2. Who can use the Marketplace
You may register as a Follower or a Trader. You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Administrator accounts are provisioned internally and are not available through self-registration.
3. Marketplace role
Venor Markets operates the Marketplace as a venue connecting independent Traders of algorithmic trading products (strategies, expert advisors, and indicators) with Followers. Venor Markets is not a broker, investment adviser, or counterparty to any trade you place using a purchased product, and does not manage funds on your behalf.
4. Trader listings and content
Traders retain ownership of the products they list. By publishing a listing, a Trader grants Followers a limited license to use the purchased product as described in the listing, and grants Venor Markets the right to display listing content on the Marketplace. Traders are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including performance claims, supported platforms, and asset classes.
5. No performance guarantee
Venor Markets does not independently verify, endorse, or guarantee the performance, accuracy, or suitability of any product listed on the Marketplace. See our Risk Disclosure for important information about trading risk.
6. Fees and payments
Purchases are processed through a third-party payment provider. Venor Markets may charge a platform fee on transactions, deducted from Trader proceeds before payout, as described in the applicable fee schedule at the time of purchase.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Marketplace to distribute malicious software, infringe intellectual property rights, misrepresent product performance, circumvent delivery or licensing controls, or violate applicable law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venor Markets is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of any product purchased through the Marketplace.
